Pratheek Ravoori

Engineering leader, investor, and builder — working at the intersection of AI, finance, and sport. Fourteen years of building data platforms that power decisions for millions of people.

Who I am

I'm a technology professional with 14 years of experience leading high-performance engineering teams in finance and marketing technology. By day, I operate in the tech and services ecosystem — working where engineering, strategy, and execution converge. I'm fascinated by systems: how markets move, how incentives shape behavior, and how technology reshapes entire industries.

What I'm building

I'm actively exploring the shift from being an AI consumer to an AI creator. Two products in flight right now:

racquet.ai — an AI-powered platform for the racquet sports ecosystem, starting with pickleball and expanding into tennis, padel, badminton, and beyond. The goal: use data, machine learning, and intelligent systems to help players make better decisions about gear, performance, and strategy.

CuzFit — a private fitness accountability app for families. Invite-only family groups, daily check-ins, Apple Health sync. No strangers, no public discovery — just your people, quietly showing up for each other.

What I think about

My interests span macroeconomics, capital markets, emerging technologies, and the long-term impact of artificial intelligence on work and society. Much of my thinking revolves around preparing for structural shifts in the global economy and ensuring adaptability in an AI-driven world.

Beyond work

Sport plays an important role in my life. I'm an avid racquet sports enthusiast and believe competitive play builds discipline, resilience, and clarity. The lessons from the court often mirror the lessons from markets and technology — anticipate, adapt, and execute. I also love to travel, experience new cultures, and chase great food around the world. As a husband and father, I care deeply about building a durable future for my family.
